What is a UBE? How is a UBE useful in Hospitality?
UBE stands for “Unified Booking Engine” or “Universal Booking Engine”
Typically, hotels have IBE’s i.e. Internet Booking Engines, these engines sell rooms to customers and possibly pre-packaged inclusions with the room.
A UBE allows guests to select a room, the floor, or even the room number, a 1-hour meeting, dinner in the restaurant, it allows guests to book any of the hotels’ products in one booking engine.
