The online training is divided into four one-week modules:

Exam

This four-week online course leading to a CHBA Certification requires applicants to commit to a minimum of four hours per week and to take the examination in the fifth week. It encompasses eLearning, Simulation, and Web Conferencing, and can be done entirely online at an individual’s own pace. The program places participants in the seat of a general manager to make decisions on pricing, marketing, staffing and renovations in a live simulated competitive set environment over a 12-month business cycle.
