Register online* and pay the certification fee (US$150 for members, US$200 for non-members).

Read and study — at your own pace — the CRMA Study Guide.

When you’re ready, take and pass a 50-question online exam.

Add the certification to your resume and LinkedIn profile!

*If you are registering for the CRMA as a requirement of a class, check with your instructor.

Study it at your own pace.

In addition to the study guide for certification, explore this catalog of short videos designed to supplement learning on a variety of revenue management topics.  Created by industry professionals, these videos are perfect for classroom use or for those studying to take the CRMA (or CRME) exam.

• HSMAI’s instructor-led Hospitality Revenue Optimization Essentials also covers the topics outlined in the study guide with a live, online instructor.

 Self-paced, on-demand courses – including those available through HSMAI’s Certificate of Revenue Management program – also dive deep into specific topics and can be used to supplement your study.

Contact HSMAI when you are confident of the material and ready to take the online exam. You’ll receive a link to the exam.

You will have 60 minutes to answer 50 questions, and must earn a score of at least 70%.
