WHAT IS FIRST-PARTY DATA?
There are three types of data: first-party data, second-party data, and third-party data.

FIRST-PARTY DATA:
First-party data is 100% of your data. You own it because you collected it directly from
your audience. Examples of this include transaction history, survey responses, loyalty
redemptions, user behaviour on your website, newsletter signups or engagement metrics
(such as newsletter clicks or offer codes), among others. Essentially, anything that you
capture directly from your relationship with your customer is first-party data.
