The “Length-of-Stay” pricing offers rates that are based on both the arrival date and the total duration of a guest’s stay.  An advantage of Length-of-Stay pricing is that guests are offered one simple rate for their entire stay, based on their arrival date and total reservation night length.  This type of pricing is often used to entice guests to stay longer by making an additional night look less expensive.  For example, if a resort is selling standard rooms for $100 per night, they might add a 3-night stay for a total of $275 to entice people to stay longer.
